Pre-Construction Design Phase

This is the first phase of the overall planning, coordination, and control of a construction job. Pre-construction aims to nail down the planning of the project and give the client a clear vision for what their job is going to look like, how it is going to get done, and when every aspect of the job will be completed. These services are an essential part of every construction project and are very important to make sure any job goes smoothly.

Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. It is our goal to ensure the construction process is seamless, and remains on schedule. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal. 

The last step in any build, is the most important.  This phase includes completion of all punch list items, site cleanup,  final walk through from the building inspectors, review of features in the build, and move-in coordination for the owner.  After completion, we have a final walk through to ensure your complete satisfaction.
